NDIS pricing — three editions, one family

Metrixview's NDIS family has three editions on its own pricing model, separate from the standard Foundation / Professional / Enterprise tiers other sectors use. Pick the edition that matches your entity type and team size — sole-trader, Pty Ltd small practice, or registered provider.

Which edition fits your operation?

Each edition is gated by entity type, not just seat count. The right edition matches how you've structured your business and the way you take on workers.

👤

Choose Solo if…

You operate as a sole trader on your own ABN. You're either fully independent or just starting to take on a small number of plan-managed and self-managed clients directly. You currently use MYOB Essentials or Hnry plus a few spreadsheets, and you spend hours each week on NDIS-specific admin (rate-card lookups, plan-manager invoicing, credential reminders).

🏢

Choose Practice if…

You've incorporated as a Pty Ltd and bring on workers (PAYG employees or sub-contractors). You need a director-worker-bookkeeper role split, per-worker rate cards, and worker screening currency tracking across the team. You don't yet need full NDIS Commission registration, but you're starting to think about the threshold.

🏢

Choose Provider if…

You're a registered NDIS provider with a Pty Ltd, trust, or incorporated-association entity. You lodge claims directly to NDIA via aggregator API or myplace BPR CSV. You're audited against the full 24 NDIS Practice Standards, demonstrate participant outcomes formally, and need 5-year audit preservation across batches and incidents.
