Each edition is gated by entity type, not just seat count. The right edition matches how you've structured your business and the way you take on workers.
You operate as a sole trader on your own ABN. You're either fully independent or just starting to take on a small number of plan-managed and self-managed clients directly. You currently use MYOB Essentials or Hnry plus a few spreadsheets, and you spend hours each week on NDIS-specific admin (rate-card lookups, plan-manager invoicing, credential reminders).
You've incorporated as a Pty Ltd and bring on workers (PAYG employees or sub-contractors). You need a director-worker-bookkeeper role split, per-worker rate cards, and worker screening currency tracking across the team.
