Everything in NDIS Solo plus a bookkeeper role, per-worker rate cards, auto-push to Xero and MYOB, worker screening dashboard, plan budget tracking, and registration threshold alerts — for incorporated practices with 2–3 contractors and up to 20 clients.
NDIS Practice is the middle edition in the Metrixview NDIS family, designed for incorporated small practices that have outgrown the sole-trader Solo edition but aren't yet registered NDIS providers. The typical buyer has incorporated as a Pty Ltd, employs 2–3 PAYG workers or sub-contractors, and runs up to 20 clients across a mix of plan-managed and self-managed funding. Practice extends the Solo feature set with a multi-user model (director, worker, bookkeeper roles), per-worker plus per-client rate cards, a worker-screening dashboard with credential currency tracking across the team, auto-push to Xero and MYOB with a bookkeeper review queue, plan budget tracking against client agreements, and registration threshold alerts when a practice's revenue or worker count approaches the point where NDIS Commission registration becomes mandatory. The data model carries forward from Solo and on into NDIS Provider — no rebuild when a practice graduates to a registered-provider entity.
Practice owners and bookkeepers at incorporated NDIS practices with 2–3 workers use NDIS Practice to consolidate compliance, rate-card pricing, multi-worker invoicing, and accounting integration into a single tool — without paying enterprise prices for unlimited-scale features they don't yet need.
Director, worker, and bookkeeper roles with appropriate access scope. Workers see their own shifts and clients; bookkeepers see invoices and accounting; directors see everything.
Each worker can have their own rate card (and per-client overrides) on top of the practice's base NDIS Support Catalogue lookup. Different rates for different services without spreadsheet math.
Workforce-wide view of every worker's NDIS Worker Screening, police check, first aid, and other credentials — with expiry alerts before the lapse, not after a client agreement reveals it.
Dedicated bookkeeper UI showing the auto-push queue to Xero/MYOB. Bulk operations, push-status visibility, and the ability to fix mapping issues without pulling in the director.
Toggle auto-push on for invoice creation; the bookkeeper reviews the queue rather than pushing each one manually. GST mapping rules persist; first-push contact mapping is reused across the team.
The NDIS Commission requires registration above certain thresholds (worker count, revenue, supports delivered). Practice flags when you're approaching a threshold and links to the registration pathway.
